About the role:
The role involves teaching English listening and speaking skills. The position includes:
·Teach and assess the courses of English Speaking and Business English Speaking, to the freshmen and sophomores in the programs of B.A. English and B.A. Business English.
·Plan and order classroom materials as needed.
·Participate in team meetings and collaborate with counterpart teachers.
·Contribute to the planning, development, review, and assessment of the said courses.
Salary and benefits package:
1.Salary: RMB16,000 per month before tax for 12 months a year.
2.Workload: 14 periods per week, 45 minutes per period.
3.Extra workload pay: If each week’s teaching workload exceeds 14 periods, the exceeding periods should be paid RMB150/period.
4.English corner: RMB 400 for each session of the English corner activity.
5.Other benefits package: free medical insurance, free on-campus accommodation, free annual medical check, air-ticket reimbursement of no more than RMB 8,000 per year (The destination must be homeland).
Requirements for the position:
1. Related Master's degree.
2. Native English speaker.
3. 2 years of teaching experiences in colleges.
